The BitesBanq Founders Board Referral Program (hereafter referred to as the “Program”) allows users to earn rewards by referring new users to the BitesBanq platform. Participation is subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Reside in Nigeria.
  • Not use multiple accounts or fraudulent methods to earn referrals.

BitesBanq reserves the right to verify eligibility and deny rewards if fraudulent activity is detected.

3. How It Works

  1. Sign Up: Join the Founders Board Referral Program via the BitesBanq app.
  2. Get Your Referral Link: You will receive a unique referral link and code.
  3. Share: Send your link or code to friends, family, and colleagues.
  4. Successful Referrals: You earn rewards when the referred person:
    • Registers on the BitesBanq app using your referral link or code.
    • Meets all eligibility criteria.

4. Referral Rewards

  • Top 50 referrers will receive exclusive cash rewards and recognition.
  • There is no limit to the number of people you can refer.
  • BitesBanq reserves the right to modify or terminate the reward system at any time.

Note: Referral rewards cannot be exchanged for cash outside the specified terms.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following activities violate this Referral Policy and may lead to disqualification or account suspension:

  • Self-referrals (referring yourself using multiple accounts).
  • Misleading advertising (false claims about BitesBanq).
  • Spamming referral links (mass emails, bots, or unauthorized posting).
  • Using automated scripts to generate referrals.
  • Any fraudulent activity intended to exploit the referral system.

If found in violation, BitesBanq may forfeit earned rewards and take legal action if necessary.

6. Modification & Termination

BitesBanq reserves the right to:

  • Modify the referral program (rewards, eligibility, or structure) at any time.
  • Terminate the program without prior notice.
  • Disqualify users found violating these terms.

We will notify users of any major changes through email or in-app notifications.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • BitesBanq is not responsible for any technical issues affecting referral tracking.
  • Users participate in the Program at their own risk.
  • BitesBanq’s maximum liability is limited to the rewards earned under this policy.
